Since NOVARA was founded, the firm has been involved with several kind of projects throughout Grenada. A significant proportion of the practice’s workload is derived from Residential projects including Mid Rise Multi-Residential projects with complex forms and high architectural content, requiring close collaboration between the members of the design team. Projects we are involved with vary in size from quite small to $10m+.

Our Story

Since 2018 we specialise in providing the right level of structural advice to suit the particular project characteristics. We have the experience necessary to keep a small house extension simple and cost effective, and the technical capacity to tackle the most complex structures from high end residence to public building, bespoke multi residential development, educational, commercial, heritage project, or unique artistic commission.

Our origin start doing structural and civil engineering projects, expanding the services to Architecture, MEP Engineering and Costing & Construction Management.
